We've been frequently asked How safe is Sulawesi? and we do appreciate your concern regards the communal conflict in Poso (Central Sulawesi) but in fact Sulawesi is still beautiful, cultural, friendly and peaceful as ever before.
When is the best time to visit Sulawesi ?
You can visit Sulawesi all the year around, but as you've probably known that there is a rainy season and a dry season in Indonesia. The dry season is between Mid March and end of November. The rainy season is between December and March. This doesn't mean that you can't visit Sulawesi during the rainy season ! The chance is higher to get rain in the rainy season. In the highland of Toraja you might get some rain showers in the late afternoon. In the worst case it will rain half a day. If you travel to the south-coastal area of the island, the chance of getting rain becomes higher. In the center of the island, it might rain all day or even a whole week in January and February

What is Included in your Tour Packages ?
The rate that will be given to you includes all land-transportation and accommodation during your trip, entrance fees, Guide fees, Donations. Full board is provided in some of our specialized package tours but if you would prefer to have a half board (Breakfast & Dinner or Breakfast & Lunch), it can also be arranged so.
How can we reach Sulawesi (Celebes) ?
Since Makassar (or UjungPandang), the capital of South Sulawesi is the main gate to travel around Sulawesi Island. So, You have to get firstly to Makassar (previously Ujung Pandang) which can be reached by sea and by air. The national flight carrier Garuda Indonesia Airways (GA) serves 7 times flight carrier a day from all major cities of Indonesia, Bali, Jakarta, also Lion Air, Merpati, Batavia, etc and Air Asia for International flight direct from Kuala Lumpur. Also Cruise-Ship of PELNI such as KM. Kambuna, KM. Kerinci, KM. Kalimutu are calling regularly at Makassar Harbor.
Garuda Indoneisa was open direct flight from Singapore to Makassar, also Air Asia have flight direct from Kuala Lumpur to Makassar 3 times a week.

Communication via e-mail has become common place in today's world. We always recognizes the importance of responding in a timely fashion to a Customer's question or request for information. We have established minimum standards on responding to e-mails to ensure that all customer inquiries or questions are answered quickly and efficiently. We are committed to answering all customer service e-mails within 24 hours of receipt (excluding Saturday and Sunday, Eve and Public Holidays, it may take more then 24 hours or in 48 hour more). Do you sell Hotel Room ?
Yes, we also can serve reservations of hotels room in Makassar, Toraja, Kendari, Manado, Palu, Gorontalo and Other place in Indonesia with low price including 21% Tax and Service Charge!.
How long does it take from Makassar (Ujung Pandang) to Toraja Land by car ?
It's takes about 8 to 9 hours including Lunch en route stop.
What sort of vehicle do you provided in your Tour Package ?
A private Fully Air Conditioned Minibus or fleets of comfort private minibus or coach. Please check on the cars rental page menu.
Is there any other passengers in the same vehicle that we are using ?
No, There will be no other passengers. It is a private arrange.
If we decide to go with your tours, then how can I pay you ?
A deposit of 50% of the tour price per person is payable at the time of booking confirm.
The deposit payment can be made by direct wire transfer to our bank account or use a Credit Card through Paypal.
Note : All bank charges and credit card fees are the responsibility of the sender.
If by force, I have to cancel our trip, any refund from our deposit payment ?
Cancellation fee will not be charges. However, cancellation fees might be charged by other contractors such as hotel, transportation and others with whom agreement have been made and for such condition that may occur, these fees will be charged to the clients
How do I pay the balance payment ?
The balance of the full tour price must be paid minimum 5 (five) working days before date of arrival or Cash on Arrival.
If I intend to pay you in Rupiah, how much is your exchange rate ?
Based on our bank daily exchange rate and it usually changed everytime on everyday.
Are taxes added to your tour prices ?
No, Not at all ! Unlike most of the other tour operators and travel agents. We don't add a tax on our Tour Quoted Prices (absolutely there is no other hidden fees charge!), except Tip for Guide, Driver, Insurance, Bellboy Hotel Tips, Juice Drink/Bir on local restaurant and Airport porter.
Are there any hidden extras?
No hidden extra charge, unless specified in the REMARKS.
Do I need to take out Travel Insurance?
Yes, we strongly recommended you to take insurance in your place.
Do you arrange tours to other regions of Indonesia ?
Yes, We do arrange some tour packages to Java, Bali, Lombok, Yogyakarta, Sumatra and others place interest in Indonesia.

General FAQs Hotels Accommodation :How do I reserve my hotel room ?
First you may check it out some of our suggested hotels or us your choose, check the valid rates/price, and book your hotel desire through booking form. Your reservation/booking requests will be inform within a few hours or 24 to 48 hours (this time may be longer during high season, weekends, festival periods or special events) (excluding Saturday and Sunday, Eve and Public Holidays).
What happens when I make a reservation ?
All reservations will be followed up within a few hours with emails to confirm your booking/reservation or suggest to you alternative solutions if the hotel has been fully booked.
What sort of acknowledgement will I receive when I book a hotel room ?
When the booking is confirmed (by email and SMS if you request so),. A copy of hotel voucher will be sent directly to your email and the hotel which you made a reservation with. You will also be able to print your reservation confirmation voucher, you may be asked to present to the front desk/reception upon check in. Generally, you only present your identification to the hotel reception when you check in.
What is a CONFIRMATION VOUCHER?
Once the room is confirmed, and after you pay the room, we will send you, by email, a confirmation voucher detailing all the reservation. We recommended you to make printout of this Voucher to be kept and presented at the time of your check-in. Make sure to have it in hand upon arrival.
How do I know when my reservation is confirmed ?
We will send you a confirmation by email or send you a message by SMS (Short Message System) directly to your mobile phone (if you request so) during the reservation process. The email confirmations will included in attach file a voucher containing the dates and details of your reservation. Note that the voucher attached to the mail must to be kept until you arrive at the hotel.
Do I need to confirm my booking with the hotel directly ?
No. The Confirmation Voucher printed from the confirmation mail is all you need.
How long does it take to get a Confirmation ?
A few hour after we receive your booking reservation through email or 24 to 48 hours (this time may be longer during high season, weekends, festival periods or special events) (excluding Saturday and Sunday, Eve and Public Holidays).
If the hotel that I selected is not available ?
You will be notified via an e-mail (within a few hours to 24 hours after placing your order) and you will not be charged. We will do our best to suggest to you an alternative hotel.
Can I specify my room preferences (preferred floor, non smoking room,...) ?
If special requests are accepted by the lodging, a section will appear on the Reservation Form to insert such requests and submit them to the hotel. The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. We cannot guarantee that your requests will be granted because they depend only on the hotel availability.
