General Faqs of Hotel Accommodations :

How do I reserve my hotel room ?
First you may check out some of our suggested hotels or us your choosed, then email us to asking the valid price, and others your request. One of our staff will be happy to assist you to reply all your requests within a few hours or 24 to 48 hours (this time may be longer during high season, weekends, festival periods or special events) (excluding Saturday & Sunday, Eve & Public Holidays).

What happens when I make a reservation ?
All reservations will be followed up within a few hours with emails to confirm your booking or suggest to you alternative solutions if the hotel has been fully booked.

What sort of acknowledgement will I receive when I book a hotel room ?
When the booking is confirmed (by email and SMS if you request so),. A copy of hotel voucher will be sent directly to your email and the hotel which you made a reservation with. You will also be able to print your reservation confirmation voucher, you may be asked to present to the front desk upon check in. Generally, you only present your identification to the hotel reception when you check in.

What is a CONFIRMATION VOUCHER?
Once the room is confirmed, we will send you, by email, a confirmation voucher detailing all the reservation. We recommended you to make printout of this voucher to be kept and presented at the time of your check-in. Make sure to have it in hand upon arrival.

How do I know when my reservation is confirmed ?
We will send you a confirmation by email or send you a message by SMS (Short Message System) directly to your mobile phone if you request so during the reservation process. The email confirmations will included in attach file a voucher containing the dates and details of your reservation . Note that the voucher attached to the mail must to be kept until you arrive at the hotel.

Do I need to confirm my booking with the hotel directly ?
No. The Confirmation Voucher printed from the confirmation mail is all you need.

How long does it take to get a confirmation ?
A few hour after we receive your booking reservation by email or SMS (excluding Saturday & Sunday, Eve & Public Holidays).

If the hotel that I selected is not available ?
You will be notified via an e-mail (within a few hours to 24 hours after placing your order) and you will not be charged. We will do our best to suggest to you an alternative hotel.

Can I specify my room preferences (preferred floor, non smoking room,...) ?
If special requests are accepted by the lodging, a section will appear on the Reservation Form to insert such requests and submit them to the hotel. The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. We cannot guarantee that your requests will be granted because they depend only on the hotel availability.

Please take a time to read the following instructions to avoid any mistake when you fill the Booking Room Form.

• Double Bed means 1 bed with big size bed, usually call it Kingsieze Bed.
• Twin Bed means 2 bed with small size.
• If you desire to select Triple Bed, please to make sure it and write it under the name of the hotels.
• Triple Bed could be means :
1. Double Bed + Extra Bed, or
2. Twin Bed + Extra Bed.

Here same example if you select Triple Bed :
Check it on : Accommodations.
- Select : Triple
- Number of Guests: 3

Then you should be write it under the name of the hotel like this :
"Imperial Aryaduta Hotel Makassar.
Double Bed + Extra bed, or Twin Bed + Extra bed.
and so on.."

Please note that we are not blocked the hotels room, hotels room is base on availability when you make the reservation.
