Cocotinos Resort and Spa Manado located in the heart of Kima Bajo, a village on Wori Bay! a fishing village, overlooking Bunaken National Marine Park. The resort is enclosed within two-meter walls constructed out of local volcanic stones on three sides, the fourth side being open to the sea. While the villagers, especially the children, are warm and friendly, just a 25-min ride from Sam Ratulangi International Airport, the Cocotinos Resort Manado is situated on a chocolate-coloured beach, in full view of majestic Manado Tua.

Cocotinos Resort and Spa Manado was designed to be simple and practical, with a contemporary tropical theme, there are 2 Suites Rooms, 4 Villa Rooms - Water's Edge, 10 Villa Rooms, 2 Villa Rooms - Upper Floor, 3 Standard Rooms. All Rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with in-room safe-deposit box, ensuite bathroom with hot water shower, daily bottle of drinking water. Bath are only available in the water-edge duplex villas as well as the suite. The room property that can cater to the various requirements from guests.

There is no TV entertainment in the guest room, however you can enjoy International news channels, movie chanels, sport channels (ESPN, Star Sport, EURO Sport), Education/Entertainment Channel (Discovry, Travel, NetGeo) Movies and action Channels (AXN, HBO, Cinemax). Only available at the bar & restaurant and Suites Room.

1. All hotels rates are nett in Rupiah (IDR) or US Dollar (USD) or Euros, including of 21% Taxes and Service charges, and are subject to change with or without prior notice.
2. All reservation should be made by facsimile or email to ensure proper processing.
3. All reservation are subject to availability at the time of booking.
4. All reservations will be confirmed through email.
5. Full payment its required before "Timelimit" or Cut of Date comes and it should be made by transfer to our bank account or Credit Card through Paypal. Failure to comply with this condition may result in cancellation of all reservations.
6. A copy of your bank transfer should be send to us by fax or email.
7. Check in time : 2.00 p.m.
8. Check Out time : 12.00 noon. Rooms requiring late check out up to 4.00 p.m. on the day of Departure will be applied additional charge of 50% from rates.
9. Children under 2 years of age sharing the same room with parents utilizing existing room bedding are 50% charge from adult price.
10. Maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults & 2 Children sharing bed with parents, unless for type of apartment.
11. If notification of cancellation is received before booking is confirmed or before timelimit, there will be no cancellation charge at all.
12. Cancellation fee will be applied if the room confirmed are cancelled less than 5 working days or less than the cut of period prior to the date of arrival.
13. No show will be charge at one room night accordingly at hotel room rate.

General Term of Payment :

1. Once your reservation received by email, we will process it and send back your detail confirmation reservation. On this step, you will received an email from us to notice you about your reservation detail including the "Timelimit". The "Timelimit" will inform you about when you have to send us your email Re-Confirm and Transfer Payment.
2. Full payment its required before "Timelimit" or cut of date comes and it should be made by transfer to our bank account or Credit Card through Paypal. Failure to comply with this condition may result in cancellation of all reservations.
3. The "Timelimit" will be inform by email both together with Reservation Confirmation Email.
4. All bank and Paypal fees Charges are responsibility by the sender.

Bank and Paypal Credit Card fees charges are :
- By ware transfer from Indonesia local bank : No bank fees charge.
- By ware transfer from Overseas : about IDR.25,000,-/transfer (Malaysia and Singapore only).
- By ware transfer from Overseas : about USD.20,-/transfer (outside Malaysia and Singapore).
- By Credit Card through Paypal : 4,7%/payment/transfer.
We strongly recommend you to pay us by Credit Card through Paypal, because the bank fees charge will be more cheap unless your transaction more than 700 Dollars it will be better to use bank transfer.

Please take your time to read the following instructions to avoid any mistake when you fill the Reservation Request Form.
• Single Bed means 1 bed with Normal bed size, usually for 1 person.
• Double Bed means 1 bed with big size bed, usually call it Kingsize Bed.
• Twin Bed means 2 bed with small size.
• Triple Bed could be means : Double Bed + Extra Bed, or Twin Bed + Extra Bed.

Please write at the "Room Type" and "Number of Rooms" Box with clear information.
Example :
* Room Type : Standard, or Deluxe, or Superior, etc... check the Room Type on Rates tab.
* Number of Room : 1 Single, or 1 Double, or 2 Room (1 Double + 1 Twin), or 2 Single, etc...
* add any additional information.

Here the example, if you want request room with Triple Bed :
- Standard.
- 1 Triple (Double + Ex. Bed) , or 1 Triple (Twin + Ex. Bed).

Here the another example for normal room :
- Standard.
