General Terms Conditions
General Term Condition of Tour Packages :
All price are quoted in Rupiah or U.$. Dollar and are subject to change with/without prior notice and are subject to availability. Quoted price are Net, Non Commissionable and it was Including 21% Tax - Service Charge.
Reservations :
- All reservation should be made Min. 1 (one) week before date of departure and made through to our office.
- All reservation should be made by facsimile or email to ensure proper processing.
- All reservation are subject to availability at the time of booking and require confirmation.
Rates Tour Included :
Hotel Accommodation, Breakfast at Hotel, Transportation, Tour as per Itinerary, Meals as per Itinerary, Guide, Entrance fee, Mineral water a long trip, Parking and Toll entrance.
Rate Tour for Children :
Rate for children under 10 years of age are 50% paying with NO BED (bed will be sharing with parent), 75% Paying with Ex. bed. Infant under 2 years of age will be free of charge but no service will be provided.
Tour Guide :
Tour guides are speaking in English, specializing in others language (such us Japanese, Germany, Italy, France, etc) are subject to request and must be have additional charge.
Cancellation :
Any cancellation should be made to our office by facsimile or email and if there any cancellation without approval from our office will be considered as “NO SHOW” and the applicable charge will included in your account.
Payment :
A deposit of 50% for down payment is required and should made by transfer to our bank account or use a Credit Card through Paypal when your reservation/booking it's confirmed. The balance of payment should be payed by Transfer, Credit Card or by Cash on Arrival. Failure to comply with this condition may result in Cancellation of all reservations.
A copy of your bank transfer should be send to us through fax or email..
Refund :
- No Refund and No Reduction will be made to you who does not partake in any meals, tour, hotel room, transport or transfer service.
- No Refund and No Reduction will be made to you who break the journey from the itinerary, regardless of whatever portions remains unused.
Liability :
We reserve the right to change the itinerary due to any unexpected operational reason or unexpected circumstances such as natural disaster, landslides, flood, traffic hold up or places of visit being closed and or others reason for saving the journey and the client.
Additional Expenses
Additional expenses due to delay, cancel flight, accidents, medical inspection, political action or unrest must be borne by client them selves.

- All hotel rates are nett in Rupiah (IDR) or US Dollar (USD), including of 21% taxes and service charges and are subject to change with or without prior notice.
- All reservation should be made by facsimile or email to ensure proper processing.
- All reservation are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- All confirmed reservations will be inform by email.
- Full payment its require of Minimum 5 working days before date of arrival and should be made by transfer to our bank account or by Credit Card through Paypal once your reservations it's confirmed. Failure to comply with this condition may result in cancellation of all reservations.
- A copy of your bank transfer should be send to us by fax or email.
- Check in time : 2.00 p.m.
- Check Out time : 12.00 noon. Rooms requiring late check out up to 4.00 p.m. on the day of Departure will be apply additional charge of 50% from rates.
- Children under 2 years of age sharing the same room with parents utilizing existing room bedding are 50% charge from adult price.
- Maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults & 2 Children sharing bed with parents.
- If notification of cancellation is received before booking is confirmed, there will be no cancellation charge at all.
- Cancellation fee will be applied if the room confirmed are cancelled less than 5 working days or less than the cut of period prior to the date of arrival.
- No show will be charge at one room night accordingly at hotel room rate.
General Term Condition of Payment :
- Deposit of 50% from the total Invoice is payable at the time of booking Confirm.
- Deposit payment can be made by direct wire transfer to our bank account or use a Credit Card through Paypal.
- Full payment its require of Minimum 5 working days before date of arrival.
- All bank and Paypal Charges Fee are responsibility by the sender.
- By ware transfer from Indonesia local bank : No bank charge fee.
- By ware transfer from Overseas : About IDR.25,000,-/transfer (Malaysia and Singapore only)*.
- By ware transfer from Overseas : About USD.20,-/transfer (outside Malaysia and Singapore)*.
- By Credit Card through Paypal : 4,7%/payment/transfer, or if there any changes from Paypal.
*You may ask to your bank regarding of the bank fees.
We strongly recommend you to pay us by Credit Card through Paypal, cause the bank charge fee will be more cheap unless your transaction more than 700 Dollars it better to use bank transfer.
