In the Morning meet and greet at hotel, port or airport, then we will starting the tour to visit the Royal Palace of Gowa Kingdom “Balla Lompoa” The palace was built in 1936, in traditional style on stilts, with an imposing flight of steps leading up to a large reception room, nowadays the palace was become a museum, here you can see the heritage of Gowa Kingdom, afterwards continue tour to Sultan Hasanuddin Graveyard Complex, Fortress Somba Opu, the fort also build by Gowa Kingdom and it was ruin by Dutch and nowadays the are become as miniature of South Sulawesi where you can see the traditional houses of the 3 ethnic groups of people who live in South Sulawesi Province (Buginese, Makassarese and Torajanese), then lunch at local restaurant. Afterwards continue tour to visit Fort Rotterdam which was built about 1545 under King Tunipallangga of Gowa. This Fort contains the La-Galigo Museum where you can find exhibits such as a model of the fort, ethnographic displays, musical instruments and heraldry and reconstructions of archaeological sites. Now it is famous as a cultural center. After that continue tour to visit old Port of Makassar, called Paotere, it is home to the handsome world famous Pinisi Boats of Buginese - Makassarese Schooners, and daily life of Makassar fishermen's around port. In the Morning meet and greet at hotel, port or airport, then we will starting the tour to visit Bantimurung Waterfall located at Maros Regency, its about 1,5 hours drive from Makassar, depend on traffic road. Bantimurung is a government protected natural reserve, known in particular for its multi colored butterflies. A cool waterfall and surrounding forests make it an ideal place to relax. After that back to Makassar, on the way back to Makassar, will stop to visit Leang-leang to see the mysterious fingerprints in a wallcave, its pre-historic caves, the most accessible caves in the region. On the wall of the cave are some paintings dating back as much as 5,000 years. This cave appears to have been occupied between 8,000 and 3,000 BC. Afterwards back to Makassar and lunch at the local restaurant in Maros or in Makassar.
